These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cozybaygrand.com and the cruise services provided by Cozy Bay Grand, operated by Cozy Vietnam Travel Co., Ltd.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm your cabin. Full payment is due at least 72 hours before departure.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (VND/USD), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal.
- Prices displayed on our website are per person, based on double occupancy, and include all meals, activities, and accommodation as listed in the itinerary.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $20 processing fee
- 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund
- Weather cancellation: If the cruise is cancelled due to weather (typhoon, storm warning from authorities), you will receive a full refund or free date change.
3. Itinerary Changes
Our 2D1N itinerary follows Route 2 (Sung Sot Cave → Titov Island → Luon Cave). However, the captain reserves the right to modify the route due to weather conditions, tidal changes, or government regulations. Safety is our absolute priority.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must present valid identification (passport for international travelers) at check-in.
- The legal drinking age on board is 18 years.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Disruptive behavior that endangers crew or fellow guests may result in early disembarkation without refund.
5. Children Policy
- Under 4 years: Free (sharing bed with parents, no extra bed)
- 4–7 years: 50% of adult price
- 8+ years: Full price
- Children must be supervised by parents at all times, especially on deck areas.
6. Liability
Cozy Bay Grand carries full insurance for the vessel and passengers as required by Vietnamese maritime law. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, personal negligence, or pre-existing medical conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
